Exploring the genome diversity of mycorrhizal fungi to understand the evolution and functioning of symbiosis in woody shrubs and trees. The strain Zn was isolated in the Niepolomice Forest (Krakow, Poland) from the roots of Vaccinium myrtillus growing in experimental plots treated with metalcontaining dusts.
