There are two sets of workshops, Week 1: 10-12th November, Week 2: 17-19th November, 2015.Course Overview
This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to learn about a range of EMBL-EBI resources across the life-sciences, from genomics through to protein structure.
Audience
This workshop has been designed for for students and postdoctoral researchers who are part of the MiMS national doctoral programme in infections and antibiotics (NDPIA). No prior knowledge of bioinformatics is required to undertake these workshops.
Learning outcomes
After this course you should be able to:
- Access and explore a range of EMBL-EBI tools and resources
- Know where to access further support and help with each resource
