Internal Seminar | Ad hoc talk
Endometriosis affects at least 10% of women and individuals assigned female at birth worldwide—yet its cause remains unknown, and there is no definitive cure. Join us in raising awareness by exploring the perspectives of those living with this condition.
For the second time in Cambridge, we will be screening the documentary Below the Belt, which portrays the struggles of women living with endometriosis and highlights the challenges of diagnosis, treatment, and societal recognition. This event is open to everyone—whether you have or suspect you might have endometriosis, support someone who does, or simply want to learn more about the condition. Spots are limited, so be sure to register early! The screening (~50 minutes) will be followed by a brief panel discussion (~20 minutes) and a free lunch for all attendees. The lunch will be supported by the Sanger and EBI predoc and postdoc associations
