The Non-vertebrate Genomics team focuses on delivering genomic data to communities working with plants and non-vertebrate metazoa via the Ensembl Genomes, WormBase and VEuPathDB platforms. We bring together public data sets including genome assemblies, genome annotation and genetic variation. We cover a wide range of species including agricultural crops, insects and vectors of disease.

The team also provides support and training to users of the Ensembl platforms, you can learn more from the Ensembl blog.
