BioAIrepo - AI model repository
BioAIrepo is a pilot AI model repository, currently implemented as a collection within the BioStudies database.
BioAIrepo enables life scientists to openly share their AI work so it can be reused by others. This includes metadata, model weights and other data files, as well as links to datasets used for model building, testing, and validation.
The initial release includes a curated set of models spanning microscopy, splicing prediction, protein structure determination, and omics analysis. Ongoing development of the platform will establish a structured approach for documenting models across disciplines, improving discoverability and reuse, and supporting streamlined model submission.
