The aim of the study was to obtain sperm small RNA expression profiles in mice models of testicular toxicity induced by doxorubicin. In this study, total RNA samples were extracted from mice treated with 0.2 mg/kg doxorubicin or saline twice a week between 8 and 13 weeks of age, and RNA-seq was performed using the Illumina hiseq2500 platform.
