RASSF6 is a member of the tumor suppressor Ras-association domain family (RASSF) proteins. To elucidate the function of RASSF6, we generated Rassf6 knockout mice by CRISPR/Cas technology. Then, gene expression in MEF derived from knockout mice and wild-type MEF was analyzed by RNA seq and compared.
