The study goal is to elucidate immune-activating sequences in chloroplast RNA. The method involves RNA extracted from Arabidopsis thaliana chloroplast and separated using denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. These RNA-Seq data are obtained from individual RNA-Seq analysis of RNA recovered from each gel band.
