The project aims to reveal biological function of Dmrt3 and Dmrta2 in the developing brain. We performed ChIP-Seq for Dmrt3, Dmrta2, and several histone H3 modifications on the developing mouse brains. We also performed mRNA-Seq on Dmrt3/Dmrta2 double mutant brains to profile the gene expression in these mutant embryos.
