Different developmental stages (eggs, juveniles and adults) of the snail Physella acuta were exposed to Cadmium, Bisphenol A and Triclosan. RNA was extracted from all the samples, including untreated controls and paired-end sequence reads were generated using the Illumina HiSeq2500 system.
