In this study the wild-type, litR and ainS mutants of the fish pathogen Aliivibrio wodanis 06/09/139 were grown under both high and low cell densities, and under high and low temperatures. Three biological replicates were used for each condition and the total RNA was isolated and sequenced for each experiment.
