In this study, the bacterial community from eleven algae stock culture strains of Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Entemoneis, Attheya, Microchloropsis, and Tetraselmis in two different media, and three strains of P. tricornutum in 70 ml batch cultures were sequenced. PCR primer pairs 799f/1193r were utilized for 16S rRNA phylogenetic analysis.
