118 rooted cuttings of 1103-Paulsen rootstocks were planted in Salento (Apulia, Southern Italy), and half of them were mycorrhized. Plants received water only at planting and once in July 2020. Metabarcoding of 16S rRNA gene was performed on bulk soil, rhizosphere and endorhiza of 10 sacrificed plants.
