Project: PRJEB61194
Targeted amplicon sequencing of colony and wild-type Brazilian Anopheles darlingi. An amplicon panel was designed to target commonly seen mutations across 4 genes (ace-1, GSTe2, vgsc, and rdl) associated with insecticide resistance. There are two amplicons for ace-1 (G119S and N485I), one for GSTe2 (L119F), four for vgsc (V410L, L1014, F1534Y, and D1763Y), and two for the gaba or rdl gene (A296S/V327I and T345S) . Two further amplicons were designed for species identification and phylogenetic inference (cox1 and ITS2).
