Thirty of the species were cultured at 11 C, 15 C and 23 C for 48h. Tissue samples were collected from different individuals under three temperature conditions. Transcriptome sequencing was performed for liver, muscle, brain and gill tissues, and three bioreplicates were performed for each tissue sample. For example, in the compressed file "L_gi_11_3_1.fq.gz", "L" stands for Odontamblyopus lacepedii, "gi" stands for gills, "11" stands for experimental temperature, and "3" stands for number of biological repetitions.
