The NR model was established by ligating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery in healthy adult male SD rats. 24 rats were divided into 4 groups: Sham group, myocardial no-reflow (NR) group, formononetin (FMN) group and sodium nitroprusside (SNP) group.
