We propose that H3K4ac acts as marker of active TSSs and enhancers and plays roles in histone eviction and RNA transcription. Overall design: H3K4ac, H3K4me1, H3K4me2, H3K4me3 and histone H3 ChIP-seq was performed in control, Δp300, and ΔMLL3/4 K562 cells.
