This project employs advanced genomic epidemiology techniques to understand the population structure of invasive MRSA in hospital settings of Saudi Arabia. Our aim is to analyze the genetic profiles of various MRSA strains to gain insights into their distribution, evolution, and transmission dynamics within healthcare facilities. The findings from this study will be crucial in developing strategies to control and prevent the spread of this pathogen in hospitals, ultimately enhancing patient safety and public health.
