770 genes as well as pathways were deternined in high grade serous ovarian cancer cell lines, OVCAR8WT and PEA1 cells stimulated with either BSA control or recombinant AREG (rAREG) n/a Overall design: A total of 12 samples were included in this experiment; OVCAR8WT cells stimulated with BSA control , OVCAR8WT cells stimulated with rAREG, PEA1 cells stimulated with BSA control, PEA1 cells stimulated with rAREG. All treatments were performed at 2 hour timepoints, with 3 biological replicates for each treatment.
