The complete genome of K. pneumoniae (ATCC25955) consists of a single circular chromosome of 5,107,238 bp with an average GC content of 57.59% and contains a circular plasmid with a length of 232,387bp, with a GC content of 52.70% . A total of 5076 CDSs, 86 tRNAs, 25 rRNAs, and 53 sRNAs were detected in the genome.
