In order to analyze the genetic diversity of Ranunculus kadzusensis Makino 1902, endangered organism (Level II) and accurately identify species, we conduct whole-genome analysis of chloroplast genes used in plant phylogeny, and use it for plant identification, classification, and identification of differences between ecological equivalent species.
