BCPAP papillary thyroid carcinoma cells were cultured in the presence or the absence of TSA (330nM) for 16h in fresh complete medium. Three independent experiments were performed and total RNA was extracted. Overall design: Three independent experiments performed in dye-swap (TSA versus control).
