Two mapping populations were used to develop a composite map. One population of 92 doubled haploid individuals was developed by colchicine treatment of haploid plants which occurred spontaneously among polyembryonic seedlings produced by selfing IF200. A second population of 44 F₁ progeny was developed from the cross of 'DH160-02' x IF200. The plants were genotyped with RFLP, RAPD, AFLP and SSR markers.
