Sequencing genomes of the Vibrio owensii type strain (DY05T), which is pathogenic to lobster larvae, and Vibrio owensii strain 47666-1, which is pathogenic to prawns. The genome sequences will be used for phylogeny and comparative genomics studies with focus on species in the Harveyi clade.
