A cDNA library for transcriptome analysis was prepared from the equally mixed RNA of roots of the susceptible cultivar ‘Brazilian’ and the resistant cultivar ‘Yueyoukang 1’. A total of 56.79 million 90-pair end raw reads were generated through Illumina sequencing.
