A population of 123 recombinant-inbred lines from the cross PAC-2 x RHA-266 were genotyped with AFLP and SSR probes. Also QTL for plant height, stem diameter, head diameter, grain-weight per plant, 1000-grain weight and percentage of oil in the grain were mapped.
