The goal of the study is to annotate enhancers in myelinating glia using rat sciatic nerve, which is composed of myelinating Schwann cells, and also to identify Sox10 binding sites in rat spinal cord, in which Sox10 is expressed in oligodendrocytes. We also provide annotation of histone modifications, including H3K27me3, H3K4me3, and H2AK119ub1.
