Project: PRJNA274870
This study characterised the richness and spatio-distribution of parasitic nematode communities (suborder Strongylida) across multiple captive red kangaroo (Macropus rufus) populations. This was accomplished by analysis of the ITS2 region, using genomic DNA obtained from faecal samples. It was the goal of this study to determine the effect which captive management practices exert on host-parasite interactions.
