The strain was multi-drug resistant. As we know, the pathogenic mechanism and resistance mechanism of Myroides odoratimimus were sophisticated, so we are proceeding the whole genome sequence of the strain in order to get more useful informations concerning antibiotics resistance and pathogenic mechanism.
