Bacterial 16S ribosomal RNA sequences were analyzed from the fecal microbiota of humans and 59 other mammalian species living in two zoos and the wild. EU458114-EU475873 and EU771093-EU779492 are 16S ribosomal RNA sequences associated with this study.
