This is the RAD-seq data associated with NERC grant NE/K000829/1, generated by Edinburgh Genomics. These data are from 270 individuals spanning 20 species from the East African Lake Malawi haplochromine cichlid radiation. They will be used to identify genomic outlier regions which may be involved in adaptive radiation / introgression / hybridization.
