Celecoxib, Rofecoxib Chronically Treated Mice, Aorta RNA-Seq Overall design: RNA-Seq 24 samples, mouse aorta. Treated with Celecoxib (100 mg/kg/day), Rofecoxib (50 mg/kg/day), or normal chow for three weeks. Eight biological replicates for each of the three conditions.
