These are demultiplexed reads from a single lane of Illumina sequencing. They consist of ddRADseq and EpiRADseq reads for Porites spp. corals collected in Belize, with the goal of comparing of genetic and epigenetic patterns. Samples 101-131 are branching Porites spp., while sample numbers under 101 are Porites astreoides. Samples denoted "w" are from different parts of the same colony of P. astreoides.
