Mitochondria and chloroplasts are important organelles mainly responding for energy metabolism and photosynthesis in plants. In this project, we assembled the complete 460 Kb mitochondrial genome and 150Kb chloroplast genome using pear cultivar ‘Dangshansuli’ (Pyrus bretschneideri).
