The goal of this project is to determine the genome sequences of four vesicular stomatitis virus Indiana strains. Two of the genomes are of well-studied laboratory virus strains HR and T1026R1. The other two genomes are of of 22-20 and 22-25; two field isolates of VSV collected in Costa Rica.
