We report the application of single-molecule-based sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of 3 Ewing Sarcoma PDX (PDX-83, 84 and 111) with the Fluidigm C1 technology. Overall design: Study of transcriptomic heterogeneity of Ewing Sarcoma models and comparison with control cell models. Raw data not submitted due to patient privacy concerns.
