We used microRNA microarrays to identify dysregulated microRNAs in CD4+ T cells isolated from brains of EAE mice treated with vehicle or THC+CBD. Overall design: CD4+ T cells were isolated from brains of EAE mice treated with vehicle or THC+CBD at the peak of disease.
