All samples was collected and isolated from intensive care unit in Erciyes University Hospital, Kayseri/Turkey. DNA preparation, Sequencing by Illumina technology and annotation analyses were performed at the Genome and Stem Cell Center (GenKök), Erciyes University, Turkey.
