To profile gene expression in a disease relevant cell type human PASMCs were stimulated with 50ng/ul OPG (Peprotech) or 0.2% FCS (control). Overall design: Gene expression was measured 6hs post stimulation with either 50ng/ul of Osteoprotegrin (OPG) or 0.2% FCS.
