Purified Genomic DNA. First sequenced genome of Vibrio rotiferianus. The isolate, DAT722, was isolated from a mud crab larvae aquaculture tank in the Northern territory, Australia. Used as a model organism for studying the role of the integron/gene cassette system in vibrio evolution.
