In this study, we used blood samples of nine patients with severe SARS-CoV-2 infection either with or without acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and analyzed them on the Illumina EPIC methylation microarray. Overall design: Bisulfite converted DNA from whole blood of nine COVID-19 patients was analyzed with Illumina EPIC BeadChip microarrays.
