ZNF768 is a protein that plays key roles in regulating proliferation. ZNF768 depletion was found to repress proliferation and to cause cellular senescence. We used microarrays to define the transcriptional impact of ZNF768 deletion in cancer cells. Overall design: U87 cells were transduced with lentiviruses to knockdown ZNF768 and were selected with puromycin. 96 hours post infection, RNA was isolated and microarrays were performed.
