Analysis of differential gene expression in HeLa Parental vs radio-resistant xenograft tumours. The aim is to identify potential genes that are deregulated in radio-resistant tumours. Overall design: Total RNA obtained from mice HeLa xenograft tumours generated using parental and radio-resistant lines are used for microarray analysis.
