We sequenced mRNA from mouse heart to compare gene expression level between 3 control(WT) and 3Dst-b mutant. Overall design: mRNA profiles obtained from 3 different control(WT) and 3 Dst-b mutant were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina NovaSeq6000.
