We conducted RNA sequencing of engineered TERT promoter mutant and wild type tumors with CDKN2A/B null, PTEN null, EGFRvIII O.E background. Overall design: RNA sequencing of human iPSC-derived NPC-derived tumor. The tumors have either TERT promoter mutant (C228T/WT) or wild type (WT/WT) in an isogenic background. P stands for the primary tumors derived from NPC (TERT promoter mutatant n=4, TERT promoter WT type n=4). S stands for the secondary tumors generated by serial injection of primary tumors (TERT promoter mutatant n=3, TETR promoter WT type n=3).
