Previous studies have confirmed that Intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) can lead to the gut microbiota dysbiosis. A variety of acute and chronic liver diseases, including pyogenic liver abscess, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, alcohol-associated liver disease, and drug-induced liver injury are closely linked to the disordered gut microbiota. Therefore, it is speculated that gut microbiota disorder caused by IAH/ACS may lead to liver injury, and the relationship between gut microbiota with IAH/ACS-related liver injury was investigated in this study. We first explored the gut microbiota dysbiosis in IAH model rats through 16s RNA sequencing analysis.
