To study the effects of Bacillus subtilis on the intestinal microbiota of grass carp with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, experimental grass carp were fed in three groups: a. control group (Con), b. high-fat diets group (HFD), c. high-fat diets with B. subtilis group (BS.HFD). The intestinal microbiota was determined through high-throughput sequencing.
