Isolation and identification of a novel probiotic
microbial species from fermented fish of Northeast India region, exploration of its probiotic traits and application of purified bacteriocin. Fermented foods and beverages of NE India Region is examined to explore novel potent probiotic strain with bacteriocin producing ability. Probiotics helps replenish intestinal microflora, promote digestion and immune function.
