To investigate the role of Fyn in glioblastoma, transcriptomic comparison between WT and Fyn-KO glioblastoma was done by bulk RNA sequencing. Overall design: 3 WT and 4 FYN-KO GBM mice cancer cells were sorted independently and RNA libraries were made independently.
