We determined the enrichment of mRNA in stress granules in WT and NAT10 KO cells to assess the impact of RNA acetylation on stress granule mRNA localization. Overall design: We induced stress granules with arsenite treatment and isolated stress granules with G3BP-specific antibodies. Stress granule RNA was compared to total mRNA for calculation of enrichment.
